Abs Diet

You have probably heard or read about the easiest diet to follow which started a few years ago and is sweeping Japan so intensely that even today it’s still creating the nation’s biggest ever banana shortage. That’s right, it’s the Morning Banana Diet and it’s claims ,that you can eat what you like and still lose weight fast, are unbelievable. If true, then this is the perfect abs diet for you to get those instant abs by stripping the fat quickly so your 6 pack becomes clearly visible.

The popularity of the Morning Banana Diet is due to how quickly the owner of this diet Hitoshi Watanabe lost 38 pounds in a year and how easy it is to follow. The reported success by other Japanese following the diet is more reason to give it a go. The rules are to eat as many bananas as you like in the morning with room-temperature water, then have your normal lunch and dinner but finish eating before 8pm. Snacking between meals is allowed but drinking alcohol is discouraged. Also you must take to bed before midnight.

This abs diet is excellent. I have just started it and lost around 4.4pounds / 2 kilos in the first 9 days. I didn’t do any exercise for those days and I ate 1 banana in the morning then from lunchtime I continued my normal eating patterns prior to the diet. I will keep you posted on how I went but note that this is what worked for me. Some people don’t eat bananas simply because they don’t agree with their digestive systems. A few years ago Peter D’Adamo wrote the blood type diet (Eat Right for 4 Your Type) and in that he showed which blood groups should eat which foods. One of the blood type groups was advised to avoid bananas.

Another way to lose weight is by making sure your energy output is greater than the energy you put into your body. If the amount of calories / kilojoules you burn through your natural daily duties and exercise is greater than what you eat and drink then the excess energy the body needs will come from fat storages. The only way for you to know if you are up or down on your intake / output is to keep a food and exercise diary for a while (until you get the hang of it). This will give you an insight into the efficiency of your resources which will give you more knowledge…. and remember knowledge is power. Good luck!
